• 24-Hour CitiPhone® Banking at 69999* or (021) 252 9999
• Email listed at Citibank system
• SMS to the cell phone number listed at Citibank system
• Letters to the billing address (sent 1 working day afterwards)

After you get your TAC, your can activate new Fund Recipient through Citibank Online at menu:
