Citi Platinum Concierge is managed by by International SOS (legally presented in Indonesia by PT Asih Eka Abadi) as an authorized partner to act on the behalf of Citibank. All services rendered are based on best effort basis. Requests should be made within reasonable lead time. International SOS will proceed with the purchase of goods/services after receiving cardholder’s written confirmation. All services are purely on referral and/or arrangement and/or recommendation based only. Citibank and International SOS will not be held liable for the performance of goods/services purchased.

International Medical Assistance is valid for users traveling outside his/her home country or usual country of residence for periods not exceeding 90 consecutive days per trip. Domestic Medical Assistance is valid for users traveling more than 150 km from the place of residence and within the usual country of residence for periods not exceeding 90 consecutive days per trip. The above services are purely rendered on an arrangement basis only. The services (items 5 – 10) are charged on a case by case basis. SOS shall not be responsible for any third party expenses. For interventions handled by International SOS where the user is responsible for the payment of all third party expenses incurred, International SOS shall provide the financial guarantees subject to International SOS first securing payment from the user through his/her credit card or from funds from the user’s family.
