- To cancel or re-activate Citibank Isi Pulsa services, contact 24–Hours CitiPhone Banking at 69999 directly from your mobile phone
- Citibank is not responsible for any charges that caused by mobile phone user's negligence in reporting of property lost and changes of mobile phone number to 69999 24–Hours CitiPhone Banking.
- Citibank is not responsible for any failure charges as a result of credit card unauthorized approval.
