- Terms and Conditions FREE 1st year annual fee is only valid for new basic application of Citibank Platinum Credit Card, Citibank Gold Credit Card, Citibank Telkomsel Credit Card, Citibank Silver Credit Card, Citibank Cashback Card, Citibank Clear Credit Card and Citibank Giant Credit Card application that received and approved from January 1 until February 28, 2011.
- Free Handphone (not applicable for existing Citibank Credit Cardholders and only applicable to application submitted and approved through Citibank Indonesia website before February 28, 2011, while stocks last and the colour and type is chosen by Citibank).
- Free First Year Annual Fee (applicable to application submitted and approved through Citibank Indonesia website before February 28, 2011).

- Direct gift will be delivered to Credit Cardholder through courier to the billing address as informed to Citibank.
- Direct gift will be delivered to eligible cardholder in 2 months after Credit Cards has been approved.
- Direct Gift that is not claimed by the winner within 3 (three) months after the end of program period, that is caused by either one of the reason below cannot be reclaimed and will become Citibank’s property:
- a. Credit Card account status is inactive or blocked.
- b. Invalid delivery address due to address change without any notification to Citibank.
