How do I register e-Statement? |
|
| To register for e-Statement, you can contact our 24-hours CitiPhone Banking at (021) 252-9999 or 69999 from your mobile. Alternatively, you can register through Citibank Online by login with your User ID & Password. Click on the “Account Services” tab and then choose "Enroll e-Statement" menu. |

How do I open the attached e-Statement? |
|
| Please follow the instructions below as how to view your e-Statement: |
|
| Step 1: Open the e-mail containing your e-Statement |
|
| Step 2: Double click on the attached PDF file |
|
| Step 3: Enter password* to open your e-Statement |
|
| Step 4: Now you can view your account statement |
|
| *Your Electronic Statement will be encrypted with a password (9 digits), which consists of your Date of Birth. |
|
| To open or view the e-Statement, you will need Adobe Reader software version 7 or above to be installed. If you have not installed the software, please download for free from http://get.adobe.com/reader/. |

The password is incorrect, what is the password? |
|
| Your Electronic Statement will be encrypted with a password. If you have never changed your password, the standard password consists of your date of birth. |
|
| The standard format of the password is ddMmmyyyy (example: 01Aug1970), whereby: |
|
- dd is two digits of your birth date, such as: 01
- Mmm is the first 3 letters of your birth month in English. The first letter is in uppercase and the rest are in lowercase, such as: Aug
- yyyy is your birth year, such as: 1970
|

How can I save the attachment? |
|
| If your e-Statement is viewed in Adobe Reader, use the “Save a Copy” function that’s available within the Adobe Reader application. |
|
|
|
How can I check my e-Statement through Citibank Online? |
|
Please login to Citibank Online with your registered User ID and Password. Click on the “Account Services” tab and then choose "View e-Statement" menu.
You can also view up to the last 12 months of your Banking or Credit Cards e-Statement via Citibank Online. |
|
|
|
How can I change my e-Statement password? |
|
| Please login to Citibank Online (with your registered User ID and Password), click on "Account Services" on the top menu tab and choose "View/Change e-Statement Enrollment". Then click "Change Enrollment Details" and enter the new password that you wish to use for opening future e-Statements. |
|
| Please note that this change will also apply to your other accounts that are currently on e-Statement. |
|

When will I receive e-Statement on monthly basis? |
|
| For Credit Card e-Statement, normally an e-mail will be sent around 1 (one) to 2 (two) days after the statement cycle date, or around 14 (fourteen) days before the statement due date. |
|
| For Banking e-Statement, it will be sent at the end of each month. |
|
|
|
I've never received any e-Statement email from Citibank. |
|
| There might be some events where your e-mail server is full or blocking our e-mail address, this could cause you not receiving e-mail from us. To avoid this, please ensure that you check your mailbox regularly and ensure that Citibank’s e-mail address is not being marked as SPAM by your mail server. |
|
- Add Citibank Indonesia [id_estatement@citi.com] to your address book.
- If you have a filter that routes suspected spam into a separate folder, you may find the updates in that folder. If so, by marking all of them as "not spam" you will clear the way for future e-mails from Citibank Indonesia.
- If you are on a company network, you may want to ask the administrator if there is a spam folder for your account. If so, have them unblock the Citi.com domain.

| After taking these steps, if you are still not able to receive e-mails from Citibank Indonesia, please contact us at indonesia.customer.service@citi.com or contact 24-Hours CitiPhone Banking on (021) 252 9999 or dial 69999 directly from your mobile phone. |

Can I view e-Statement attachment via BlackBerry? |
|
| Yes. To view e-Statement attachment from BlackBerry browser, please follow below steps: |
|
| 1. Open the e-Statement email |
|
| 2. Choose “Open Attachment” option from BlackBerry menu |
|
| 3. Message “Password protected document” will be displayed |
|
| 4. Press OK/Enter |
|
| 5. Choose “Open Attachment” option again |
|
| 6. Message “Password protected document”. Resend?” will be displayed |
|
| 7. Choose “Yes” |
|
| 8. Password column will be displayed |
|
| 9. Enter e-Statement password and press “Enter” |
|
|

|
| How to enroll e-Statement: |
|
| Citibank Online |
|
- Click here to create Citibank Online Logon ID if you are a first time user.
- Click here to log on to Citibank Online if you are an existing user or click here to view the e-Statement enrollment demo.
- Select Account Services and click on Enroll e-Statement.

- Read through the Electronic Statement Enrollment User Agreement, and click “I Agree” to proceed.
- Check your preferred email address and indicate where you want your e-Statement to be delivered (if you have alternate email address). Click “Next” to proceed.
- Confirm your e-Statement enrollment and click Enroll Now to have your statement delivered to your email.
