- Enter your Citi Debit / Credit Card number
- Enter your ATM PIN using Dynamic PIN Pad
- Enter your Citibank account number1
- Click Continue

| 1) For debit card customers, obtain your Citibank account number from our 24-hour CitiPhone Services (021) 252 9999 or 69999 from your mobile. For credit card customers, enter your credit card number as the account number.

| Step 3
|
|
|
- Enter your desired user name
- Enter your password
- Re-enter your password for confirmation
- Select five security questions and enter your answer2
- Click Continue
|

|
| 2) Two random security questions will be asked every time you login
|

- Read the Terms and Condition and click Continue
- You are ready to use Citibank Online
