| I acknowledge that I am aware of and agree to abide by the following terms and conditions: |
- I agree and may be notified of Banking and/or Cards Alert via email and/or SMS to an email address and/or mobile phone number as provided by me. The e-mail address(es) I provided are neither reviewed nor verified by Citibank prior to or following activation of the banking alerts service. I hereby acknowledge and accept that each alerts sent may not be encrypted and may include my name and information pertaining to my Citibank account(s).
- I understand that my receiving of such alerts are subject to my internet and/or mobile phone provider being able to support the services. Citibank’s banking alerts are subject to the terms and conditions of my agreement(s) with my cellular phone carrier and/or internet service provider. I am responsible for any fees imposed by my cellular phone and internet service provider of any kind whatsoever.
- I acknowledge and agree that my receiving of any alerts may be delayed or prevented by factor(s) affecting my cellular phone service provider, internet service provider(s) and other factors outside Citibank’s control. I accept that Citibank neither guarantees the delivery, accuracy, security, nor confidentiality of the contents of an alert.
- I am aware that I must promptly update Citibank of any change to my email address and/or mobile phone number. Citibank shall not be liable to me or anyone else for any losses or damages arising from the Alerts service including but not limited to (a) a non-delivery, delayed delivery, wrong delivery or partial delivery of an Alert; (b) inaccurate contents of an Alert; (c) access to the contents of an Alert by any unauthorized persons; or (d) my use or reliance on the content of an Alert for any purposes including investment and business purposes.
- Citibank provides this service as a convenience to me for information purposes only. A banking alert does not constitute a bank record for the deposit or credit account to which it pertains. Citibank reserves the right to terminate its banking alerts service or begin charging a fee for such service at any time without prior notice to me. Nothing contained herein shall amend, supersede or nullify anything contained in any other agreement I have made with Citibank. Citibank shall be entitled to vary the terms and conditions relating to the Alerts service.

I am aware that the protection against unauthorized card usage is limited up to IDR 5,000,000 only. Any losses exceeding that amount is going to be borne by myself personally.

I am aware that this protection only apply if I report the unauthorized card usage to CitiPhone within 8 hours of the incident.

Along with the report of unauthorized card usage to CitiPhone, I am aware that I also need to submit required documentations as follow: (1) Cardholder Fraud Claim Form (2) Original B1 Police Report for loss or theft of Citibank credit card report.
