How to access Citi Mobile? |
|
|

| A. For Android and iPhone users |
- Download Citi Mobile application via Google Play for Android phone users or via Apple App Store for iPhone users
- Click the Citi Mobile icon after it is installed. A “Home” screen will be displayed. Click the “Sign In” icon to access your account details and transactions.
- Login using your Citibank Online username and password. If you do not have Citibank Online username and password, please visit www.citibank.co.id through PC to create username and password.

- Click www.citibank.co.id on your mobile phone browser (please ensure JavaScript is enabled on your phone browser).
- Login using your Citibank Online username and password. If you do not have Citibank Online username and password, please visit www.citibank.co.id through PC to create username and password.

| To ensure the highest level of security, Citi Mobile utilizes multi-factor authentication. In addition, no financial information is stored on the mobile phone. The application is protected with strong encryption (128-bit SSL) for access and transactions. Access to your account is protected by secure login process. The online session will be automatically terminated if idle for 5 minutes, which prevents unauthorized use of your session by anyone else. |

- For payments and transfers via Citi Mobile, the payee will first have to be added on Citibank Online and activated with an Transaction Activation Code (TAC).
- All payments and transfers are subject to the Citibank Online User Agreement.
- Some or all of the services (including payments and transfers) that may be accessed through Citi Mobile or Citibank Online may not be available during our scheduled maintenance times.
- In the event of such unavailability, you may call our 24-Hour CitiPhone Banking at (021) 252-9999 or 69999 from your mobile, or visit a Citibank branch to conduct your banking transactions.
- Citibank exercises no control and assumes no responsibility for any delay, misconnection, variation in response times and connectivity of any Internet Service Provider or Telecommunication Operator (whether local or overseas) through which access to Citi Mobile and/or Citibank Online is effected.
