We inform to our valued Citibank customers, effective February 29, 2012 there is a change in deposit rate as follows:
| 1. |
Counter rate and partial withdrawal rate for IDR Flexible Deposit will be 4.00% gross per annum.
|
| 2. |
Counter rate for Super Switch Deposit AUD will be 1.00% per annum and Super Switch Deposit NZD will be 1.00% per annum.

| 3. |
Counter rate for Regular Time Deposit AUD will be 1.25% per annum and Regular Time Deposit NZD will be 1.25% per annum.

Time Deposit Rate that are opened through Citibank Online will be apply as follows:
