| Pursuant to Bank Indonesia Circular Letter No. 12/8/DASP dated 24 March 2010 regarding Bank Indonesia National Clearing System (SKNBI), there are certain information that a drawer of check or giro must complete in order for the check or giro to be cleared, as indicated in the fields below: |

| Citibank will reject checks and giros that do not contain such information. Effective immediately, there will be a fee of IDR 150,000/ rejected check or giro. |
