In regards to Bank Indonesia Regulation No.13/21/PBI/2011 dated
30 September 2011 regarding Monitoring Process of Bank’s Foreign Exchange activity, the Bank is required to ask for information, data, and/or supporting documents to their customers who conducts Foreign Exchange Activity (LLD) through the Bank and the customer is required to provide information, data, and/or supporting documents to the Bank accordingly. Customer is requested to provide details of the transaction related to export as attached below (Form Example 1-6). This obligation will apply to your next transaction.
