On the Transfer & Payment Tab, click Add a New Payee

Enter One-Time PIN which is sent to your mobile
Note: You will only need to enter OTP once every time you log in, to confirm your identity

Choose the destination account (payee) from Other Banks in Foreign Currency (Telex).
Choose the account as source of fund.

When searching bank code using bank name, select destination country and enter the first three (3) letters of bank name
Enter Payment Details related to the transfer.
Select transfer currency and enter amount of transfer.
Select method of debiting charges.
Click Continue.
Important Notice:
Please include any additional information in the Payment Details field
There are three method of debiting charges:
- Our Account – all fees are debited to sender’s account
- Payee Account – all fees are debited to payee’s account
- Shared – fees in Citibank Jakarta is debited to sender’s account while fees in correspondence bank is debited to payee’s account.

Review your payment details on the Confirmation page.
