| Effective 1 August 2011, the following changes to your Citibank Credit Card will be implemented: |
|
- Over limit fee for all Citibank Credit Cards (except Citibank Ultima Card) is IDR 125,000.
- Purchase protection insurance for all Citibank Credit Cards will no longer be available
- Travel Accident Insurance for Citibank Silver, Gold, Cash Back, Clear and Telkomsel Credit Cards will no longer be available
- Travel Inconvenience Insurance for Citibank Gold and Telkomsel Credit Cards will no longer be available

| Over limit fee will be charged if your Citibank Credit Card’s usage exceeds your Credit Limit. |

| All insurance claims must be received before 1 August 2011. |
