1. Priority Pass is a program that provides members with access to 1300+ airport lounge around the world in over 600 cities and 148 countries.
2. For Citigold New to Bank (NTB) Customer who have joined for less than 6(six) month will receive Priority Pass membership with conditions as follow:
   
   1. Product placement must be in Time Deposit/CASA that is pledged for min. 6months, or investment or insurance product as long as the total ending period balance of the Citigold customer reached minimum IDR 2.000.000.000,-
   2. Free first year membership fee.
   3. Free 8 (eight) visits* fee airport lounges for 1 (one) member or 1 (one) member with guest within 1 (one) year of membership.
   4. Free renewal membership fee for Citigold customer with minimum last 3 (three) months average fund placement (TRB) and ending balance of minimum IDR 3.000.000.000,- at the time of renewal.
   5. Should there be any excess usage of Priority Pass as per stipulated in point 2.c., Citigold customer will be charged lounge visit fee USD32** per person per visit to Customer's registered Citi Indonesia Credit Card on Priority Pass.
3. For Citigold Customer who have joined for at least 6 (six) months will receive Priority Pass membership with conditions as follow:
   
   1. Free 8 (eight) visits* fee airport lounges for 1 (one) member or 1 (one) member with guest within 1 (one) year of membership for Citigold customer with minimum last 3 (three) months average fund placement (TRB) and ending balance 3.000.000.000,- up to < IDR 6.000.000.000,-
   2. Free 20 (twenty) visits* fee airport lounges for 1 (one) member or 1 (one) member with guest within 1 (one) year of membership for Citigold customer with minimum last 3 (three) months average fund placement (TRB) and ending balance of ≥ IDR 6.000.000.000,-
   3. Citigold customer who top-up and meeting criteria in 3.b. in the middle of the Priority Pass Membership Year will be upgraded in the following month and will be entitled for free 20 (twenty) visits.The remaining free visit quota from the previous Priority Pass Membership cannot be accumulated.
   4. Free yearly membership fee as long as Citigold customer still meet the terms and conditions as per stipulated in point 3.a
   5. Should there be any excess usage of Priority Pass as per stipulated in point 3.a. or 3.b., Citigold customer will be charged lounge visit fee USD32** per person per visit to Customer's registered Citi Indonesia Credit Card on Priority Pass.
4. Citibank reserves the right to terminate Customer's Priority Pass membership when the average fund placement (TRB) and ending balance by end of month falls below balance requirement on anniversary of Priority Pass membership
5. This program is not applicable for US Person and GDPR

1. This program is specifically for Citigold Customers who celebrate their Birthdays.
2. Customer account is active or at least one active account.
3. Customer's Total Relationship Balance (TRB) is ≥ IDR800,000,000 in the last 2 (two) months before their birthday.
   For example: Customer's birthday is in December, will used the TRB balance as of 31 October.
4. The average Total Relationship Balance (TRB) for the last 6 (six) months is ≥ IDR800,000,000.
   For example: Customer whose birthday is in December, will used the average TRB 6 months period from May-October.

6. The birthday voucher will be sent to the Customer’s registered mailing address in Citibank.
