  2. You need to have a Citibank savings account
  3. You need to have a Citibank mutual fund account
  4. You need to have a valid Investment Risk Profile

How to buy* Mutual Fund Online

  1. Login with your User ID and password
  2. Click on "Wealth Management" > "Mutual Fund"
  3. Click "Trade Now" > Select "Buy*" > Click "Continue"
  4. Search a fund via "Fund House", "Currency", "Fund Name" or "ISIN Code" > Click "Search"
  5. Select a fund from search results > Click "Continue"
  6. Input "Transaction Amount" > Select "Dividend Distribution Method" > Read Terms & Conditions and put a tick in the box --> Click "Continue"
  7. Verify the transaction details > Click "Submit" to complete the transaction

How to sell Mutual Fund Online

  1. Log in with your User ID and password
  2. Click "Wealth Management" > "Mutual Fund"

What do I need to do to start investing in Mutual Fund through Citibank Online?

You can start investing in Mutual Fund through Citibank Online with below steps:

  1. You must have saving account and Mutual Fund account at Citibank.
  2. You must have a valid Investment Risk Profile, Knowledge & Experience information, and active Single Investor Identification (SID).
  3. You must have done your first time face-to-face Mutual Fund transaction at a Citibank branch using transaction form.
  4. You must be registered for Citibank Online and have a user ID and password.
What is Single Investor Identification (SID)?

SID is the single investor identification number published by Indonesian Central Securities Depository for investors’ transactions in Indonesia capital market, including Mutual Fund and bond transaction.

All Mutual Fund products distributed by Citibank N.A., Indonesia. All information related to the Mutual Fund products are available in Fund Fact Sheet & Prospectus of each funds and can be downloaded from ‘Mutual Fund’ page in Citibank Online website.

What is the cut off time for the Mutual Fund transaction processed at Citibank Online?

Daily transaction cut off time for Mutual Funds transaction through Citibank Online is at 13.00 WIB. Transactions performed after 13.00 on bourse days will be processed on the next bourse day. Transactions performed on non-bourse day will be processed on the next bourse day.

Is the Net Asset Value per unit (‘NAV/Unit’) price indicative at the point of transaction?

Correct. NAV/unit price is calculated once a day based on the closing price of the bourse day, where the NAV/unit price will be issued 1 bourse day after the closing of the bourse day. If the transaction is placed and received before the cut-off time at 1 pm on the day of the transaction, then the transaction will use the NAV/unit price from the closing of the bourse day at the transaction date. If the transaction is placed and received after the cut-off time at 1 pm on the day of the transaction, then the transaction will use the NAV/unit price from the closing of the bourse day of the following day, in which the NAV/unit price will only be issued 2 bourse days after the transaction date.

What is a Customer Investment Plan (‘CIP’)?

CIP is a scheduled investment feature that you can enroll to set your needs and achieve financial achievement through facility as below:

  • Practical : by registering once, investment through CIP can be executed through auto-debit from your account
  • Flexibility : investment amount starting from minimum subscription Rp 500.000,- and investment tenor that can be adjusted accordingly to your financial planning, for example 12, 24 or 36 months
  • Regular : investment can be done gradually based on your financial planning

Enrollment to CIP feature can be done through Citibank Online.

Can I cancel my transactions online once it's confirmed?

Online transactions cannot be cancelled.

How much is the Subscription Fee for online Mutual Fund transactions?

The Subscription Fee for Mutual Fund transaction through Citibank Online is at 1% (excluding VAT of 10%), except for Mutual Fund transaction with subscription fee of below 1% or no subscription fee (0%) governed in each fund prospectus.
