  1. You need to have Citibank Online User ID and Password
  2. You need to have a Citibank savings account
  3. You need to have a Citibank mutual fund account
  4. You need to have a valid Investment Risk Profile

How to buy* Mutual Fund Online

  1. Login with your User ID and password
  2. Click on "Wealth Management" > "Mutual Fund"
  3. Click "Trade Now" > Select "Buy*" > Click "Continue"
  4. Search a fund via "Fund House", "Currency", "Fund Name" or "ISIN Code" > Click "Search"
  5. Select a fund from search results > Click "Continue"
  6. Input "Transaction Amount" > Select "Dividend Distribution Method" > Read Terms & Conditions and put a tick in the box --> Click "Continue"
  7. Verify the transaction details > Click "Submit" to complete the transaction

How to sell Mutual Fund Online

  1. Log in with your User ID and password
  2. Click "Wealth Management" > "Mutual Fund"

What are the Unit Trusts functions available on Citibank Online?

You will be able to view your Unit Trust portfolio, Buy* / Sell / Switch / Set up a Regular Savings Plan (RSP). You will also be able to update your Investment Risk Profile.

What is the minimum amount to invest in Mutual funds through Citibank Online?

The minimum amount of buy* and sell transactions are based on the prospectus of each Mutual Fund.

Is the Net Asset Value ("NAV") indicative at the point of transaction?

Correct. NAV is calculated once a day based on the closing price, where the actual NAV value will be issued 1 business day after the transaction date. If the transaction is placed and received before the day-to-day transaction deadline, then the transaction will use the actual NAV as the transaction date.
If the transaction is placed and received after the daily transaction Cut Off Time, then the transaction will use the NAV of the following day, in which the actual NAV will only be issued 2 working days after the transaction date.

What is a Regular Savings Plan ("RSP")?

You can set up a Regular Savings Plan online to automatically subscribe into an investment fund on a monthly basis at a minimum amount of IDR 1,000,000 over a period of time. The debit date indicated during the set up will take place unless it falls on a non business day, debiting of funds will take place on the next business day.

What is the cut off time for an online order to be processed at Citibank Online?

Daily transaction cut off time for Mutual funds transaction through Citibank Online is 13.00 WIB. Transactions performed after 13.00 on business days will be processed on the next business day. Transactions performed on non-business day will be processed on the next business day

Can I cancel my transactions online once it's confirmed?

Transactions confirmed online cannot be cancelled. Please contact your Personal Banker, Relationship Manager or go to the nearest branch for assistance

What are the Sales Charges?

Initial sales charges may different across mutual fund according to what stated in mutual fund prospectus. Alternatively, you can view the charges in the pre-confirmation page while you are placing a Mutual Fund order via Citibank Online.
