Terms and Condition
General Conditions
- This offer is valid for Citi Prestige Primary Cardholders only.
- A minimum of 4 (four) consecutive nights stay is required in order to this offer. The maximum complimentary night’s stay is 1 (one) and all other nights will be borne at the Cardholder's cost.
- This offer can be redeemed 5 (five) times per calendar year.
- The method of payment to redeem this benefit follows the table below:

The Cardholder will receive a cash back based on the average nightly rate of the first four-night stay in the same hotel property. Cardholder will receive the credit within 2 billing cycles (up to 90 days) from completion of full payment at point of booking. This offer is based on accommodation for a maximum occupancy per room type and is exclusive of all applicable tax and service charges for such accommodation. Cost of tax, service charges, meals and all other incidentals, will be charged to Citi Prestige Cardholders directly (including applicable tax and service charges) by the participating hotel. Hotel imposed fees, including dining or resort fees, and incidental guest charges are the cardholders responsibility. |

- There are no credits for any unused free nights if the guest checks out early.
- Rates are per room, per night, based on single/double occupancy and availability at time of reservation. Only one complimentary night is allowed per Citi Prestige Primary Cardholder per room per booking. This offer has no refund value.
- The Cardholder who booked the stays must be one of the staying guests.
- To redeem this offer, Citi Prestige Cardholders will need to make a prior reservation via Citi Prestige Concierge. Walk-in guest(s) without prior reservations will not be granted the benefit.
- This offer is non-transferable and non-endorsable.
- This offer must be utilized during the same stay as the purchased nights.
- Purchased room and room offered for this benefit must be of the same room types.
- Request for quotations, reservations and bookings must be done within 24 hours at the latest and depends on the availability at the time of reservation.
- Back-to-back stays are not allowed. Back-to-back stays are stays at the same or different hotel in the same city/state booked on two reservations (as an example, you book four nights at a hotel on one reservation for Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and book another four nights on another reservation for Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday. In this situation, you would only be eligible for one complimentary night/cash back for the 8 nights stay).
The following stays will not qualify for this benefit:
- Full and Half board room stays
- Single and multi-room suites
- Home & Farm Stays
- Serviced apartments
- Villas
- Packaged stay and member rates, such as air and hotel, hotel and car rental, hotel and meals bundled promotions
Cancellation and Charges
- Cancellations and amendments to booking can only be made by calling Citi Prestige Concierge.
- Cancellation and amendment fees apply depending on the policies of the respective participating hotels and will be charged to Citi Prestige Card.
- If reservations are cancelled, modified, or check out occurs before the 4th night, this offer is not exchangeable for cash or in kind and not applicable in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts or privileges including loyalty rewards.
- If the booking was made with the concierge on or before 31/12/2019 the reservation will be considered as part of the 2019 benefit usage
- Amendments or re-booking made after this date (31/12/2019) will be considered as part of the 2020 benefit usage
- All reservations made on or after 1/1/2020 will be considered as 2020 usage regardless of the check in / check out date
Miscellaneous
- Cardholder acknowledges that the goods and services described are provided by third party merchants' network of hotels and not by Citibank.
- Citibank and participating hotels reserve the right to vary the terms and conditions of this offer with notification at least 30 business days in advance.

General Conditions
- This offer is valid for Citi Prestige Primary Cardholders only.
- Each Citi Prestige Cardholder is entitled to one complimentary one-way airport services per itinerary capped at five redemptions per calendar year per card.
- All charges must be made on Citi Prestige Card.
- The list of countries and cities participating in this offer can be seen in page 3 and can change as per discretion.
- Airport transfer services have a complimentary transfer allowance, which is based on driven kilometers in each city. Any excess charges beyond the complimentary transfer allowance will be advised to Cardholder upon confirmation of the booking. Cardholder will be charged for excess charge per kilometer. For more information on the distance allowance for this benefit, contact Citi Prestige Concierge via Citi Prestige Executive at (021) 252 9700.
- Additional charges for extra-stops, cancellation/amendment fees and waiting time charges will apply and are to be borne by Cardholder.
- Airport transfer imposes limits on the number of passengers and/or the number of luggage per car (business sedan). This service is limited to a maximum of 2 large suitcases and 3 passengers per car.
Reservation
- All booking is subject to availability. Participating partner have the right to change the car type depends on availability.
- Booking must be made at least 72 hours prior to commencement of travel. Citibank reserves the right to reject booking of services if less than 72 hours before commencement of travel.
Cancellation and Charges
- There is no charge for any cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance of the service and capped entitlement will not be considered utilized.
- For any cancellations made within 48 hours prior to the scheduled service, there is a 100% charge equivalent to full invoice and capped entitlement will be considered utilized.
There is no charge for any amendments to the services made more than 48 hours in advance of the service. For any amendment made less than 48 hours in advance of the service, there will be a change fee imposed, which varies depending on the airport. - Additional charges apply for additional luggage, a larger vehicle or child or infant car seat is required. Please provide number of passenger and luggage during booking.

- Complimentary service is not exchangeable for cash or in kind and not applicable in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts or privileges.
- Citibank and participating partner reserve the right to vary the terms and conditions of this offer with notification at least 30 business days in advance.
- It is the responsibility of the Cardholder travelling to allow enough time to get to the airport and check-in before the check-in counter closes. Local traffic conditions and unforeseen circumstances can affect travel time, and the Cardholder accepts those risks when using the airport transfer service.
- Cardholder acknowledges that luxury airport service is provided by third party suppliers, and not by Citibank. The vehicle used shall be an executive-type sedan. Vehicle make and model are subject to supplier’s fleet availability, and Citibank does not guarantee a specific vehicle model. Citibank is not responsible for the acts or omissions of such suppliers, or for any deficiency in the facilities and services offered. In particular, Citibank has no liability for loss, personal injury, or death incurred during the use of such facilities and services.

Terms and Condition
- This offer is applicable to Citi Prestige Primary Cardholders only.
- Cardholders can enjoy maximum 5 (five) times access to Priority Pass Lounges worldwide every 1 (one) calendar year.
- The Priority Pass Card will be delivered to Citi Prestige Primary Cardholder after Cardholder activates Citi Prestige Card.
- The Priority Pass Card is not transferable and is only valid up to its date of expiry as mentioned on the Priority Pass Card.
- The Priority Pass Card is not a payment card nor is it proof of creditworthiness and attempts to use it as such could constitute fraud.
- Citi Prestige Cardholders must show a valid and active Priority Pass membership card in order to gain entry to the lounge. Payment cards will not be accepted as substitutes for the Priority Pass Card.
- Citi Prestige Priority Pass Cardholders that exceed the entry quota stipulated in bullet point 2 above will be charged a fee of USD 27,- per person per entry which will be billed using local currency (IDR) using Mastercard International/Visa International/Other Principal foreign exchange rate valid at Citibank on the day the transaction is posted

Groceries & Dining Credit+
Terms & Conditions Groceries & Dining Credit Program:
- Valid for Primary Cardholders of Citi Prestige Card issued in Indonesia.
- Program period is 1 July 2022 – 31 March 2023.
- This program is valid for Cardholders who have had Citi Prestige Credit for more than 12 (twelve) months during the program period.
- To get this program offer, Cardholders must pay the annual fee of the Citi Prestige Primary Card which is due within the program period 1 July 2022 – 31 March 2023 and make purchases using the Citi Prestige Card in the supermarket (groceries) and /or restaurant (dining) merchant category.
- Cardholders will get Groceries & Dining Credit which will be given in the form of cashback. Cashback will be given if the Cardholder has paid the annual fee in full and on time and afterward, makes purchases for a maximum of 3 (three) months after the payment of the Citi Prestige Credit Card annual fee with the following scheme:

Transactions using a Citi Prestige Card supplementary at merchants according to the program criteria will be calculated into the primary card transaction.
- The total of Groceries & Dining Credit does not apply to multiples and card holder only eligible for 1x (one) cashback within program period.
- Groceries & Dining Credit will be credited to the Citi Prestige Credit Card no later than 2 (two) months after the maximum purchase date in the supermarket (groceries) and/or restaurant (dining) merchant category. Groceries & Dining Credit nominal can be seen on the Citi Prestige Credit Card billing statement after the credit process is done.
- The following is an illustration of the calculation and Groceries & Dining Credit process:
- Cardholder A
- Have had a Citi Prestige Credit Card for more than 12 (twelve) months and the annual fee payment due is 20 July 2022.
- Pay the annual fee on 20 July 2022, so that the maximum purchase period in the supermarket (groceries) and/or restaurant (dining) merchant category is 31 October 2022.
- Cardholder makes purchases according to program criteria on 4 August 2022, 1 September 2022, and 2 October 2022 with accumulated spending of Rp. 8,000,000 (Eight Million Rupiah).
- Cardholder A gets a Groceries & Dining Credit of Rp400,000 (Four Hundred Thousand Rupiah).
- The maximum Groceries & Dining Credit process is 31 December 2022.
- Cardholder B
- Have had a Citi Prestige Credit Card for more than 12 (twelve) months and the annual fee payment due is 5 August 2022.
- Pay the annual fee on 05 August 2022, so that the maximum purchase period in the supermarket (groceries) and/or restaurant (dining) merchant category is 30 November 2022.
- Cardholder makes purchases according to program criteria on 25 August 2022, 1 September 2022, 10 October 2022, and 20 November 2022 with accumulated spending of Rp. 30,000,000 (Thirty Million Rupiah).
- Cardholder B gets a Groceries & Dining Credit of Rp3,000,000 (Three Million Rupiah).
- The maximum Groceries & Dining Credit process is 31 January 2023.
- Cardholder A
- Citibank has the right to cancel Groceries & Travel Credit/Cash back , if Cardholder proven:
- Does not meet the requirements to join the program and/or receive a prize; and/or
- Taking action or being suspected of misconduct, fraudulent acts or actions that violate legal and statutory provisions related to the use of Citi Credit Cards, Citibank facilities or services owned including but not limited to Cash Withdrawals/Cash Swipes at Merchants, manipulation of transactions by Cardholder and/or Merchants, and other fraudulent acts according to Citibank's considerations.
- Not following applicable Laws.
- The time limit for Cardholder complaints for this program will be received by Citibank no later than 30 (thirty) calendar days after the program period ends.
- Citibank reserve the right to vary the terms and conditions of this offer with notification at least 30 business days in advance.
