Terms and Conditions

1. Program period: 15 May – 14 June 2023.
2. Valid for payments with Garuda Indonesia Citi Card only.
3. Save 10% up to IDR 1,000,000 (one million Rupiah) for every purchase of Hotel with minimum transaction IDR 3,000,000 (three million Rupiah) by using voucher code GICCHTL1JT
4. Valid for first 10 (ten) transactions everyday throughout the program period
5. Valid for 1 (one) time use per card per coupon code during the program period.
6. Valid for reservations through Traveloka App minimum version 3.20.0 (Android/iOS).
7. To get a promo, customer must enter a valid Citi Credit Card number and promo code on the payment page.
8. EazyPay 0% is applicable for 3, 6, and 12 months with a minimum transaction of IDR 500,000 (five hundred thousand Rupiah).
9. EazyPay 0% will be processed within 10 (ten) working days from the date of the transaction. EazyPay 0% (zero percent) will be processed within 10 (ten) working days from the date of the transaction.
10. Requests for transaction changes into 0% installments (EazyPay n0w) depend on the Credit Card Holder's permanent limit at the time of the application processed.
11. Transaction that are converted into installment (EazyPay n0w) will not get Citi Reward Points/Cash Back/Milage.
12. EazyPay n0w installment will be billed on the monthly billing statement along with shopping / retail transactions and will be charged with fees and interest if the customer pays / has paid less than the Total Billing on the billing sheet this month / previous month on or before the due date. 13. Does not apply multiples.
14. Cancellations or changes of schedules or routes will be followed Traveloka's policies.
15. Valid for Primary and Supplementary Garuda Indonesia Citi Card.

Apply, Approve, and Get 12,500 GFF Miles

1. Program Period: 1 July – 31 December 2022.
2. Applicant must be a new Citi Credit Card customer or who has closed Citi Credit Card facility for the last 1 year.
3. All Basic Cards and Supplementary Cards (if any) approved through this program will get free annual fees for the first 1 year.
4. Applicants who apply for the Main Credit Card and Supplementary Card are required to activate all approved cards, as well as carry out an accumulated spending transaction of IDR 2,500,000,- within 90 (ninety) days after the card was approved, to get a bonus of 12,500 GarudaMiles and additional cashback IDR 500,000,-. Submission without Supplementary Credit Card will only get 12,500 GarudaMiles.
5. All GarudaMiles bonuses include a card activation bonus of 2,500 GarudaMiles.
6. GarudaMiles will be given to the Customer no later than 60 (sixty) days after fulfilling the requirements stated in point 5 (five).
7. EazyPay, PayAll, Loan on Phone, cash withdrawals, annual fees, interest, administration fees, fines, payment of water and electricity bills through Citibank 1Bill, as well as Credit Shield Plus insurance premiums are not included in the calculation of accumulated spending.
8. This program cannot be combined with other promotions.
9. Prizes that have been received cannot be exchanged.
10. Citi Credit Card status must be active, not in arrears or permanent block at the time of giving the bonus.
11. Citibank reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this program with prior notice.
12. If Applicant does not meet the minimum credit limit for the Garuda Indonesia Citi Credit Card, Citibank will adjust the type of Credit Card according to the approved credit limit and provide a replacement gift in the form of a Tokopedia electronic voucher (e-Voucher) worth IDR 500,000 and cash back IDR 500,000,- for submissions with Supplementary Credit Cards or Tokopedia electronic vouchers (e-Vouchers) worth IDR 500,000,- for submissions without Supplementary Credit Cards.
13. To get a Tokopedia electronic voucher (e-Voucher), the Applicant is required to activate all approved cards, and carry out an accumulated spending transaction of IDR 1,000,000,- or a transaction of accumulated spending of IDR 500,000,- for submissions without an Supplementary Credit Card within time 60 (sixty) days since the card is approved.
